How to clear Z1 travel cpap faults?

I have a HDM Z1 Auto travel cpap for my wife. The internal batt died and was showing a fault 33. 
I replaced the internal batt- the unit will boot up, but I still get the 33 code when I try to get into the clinical menu.

I haven't found any help on how to clear the fault and reprogram the unit. The vendor we bought it from closed shop during COVID, and the other local DME shops won't help.

I didn't see this option in the data viewer software. Is there operational software available, or is this now an expensive paperweight?
