How to see RERA events from AirSense 10 AutoSet?

How to see RERA events from AirSense 10 AutoSet?
Hello,

I've noticed in some folks screenshots that have the same machine as me (Resmed Airsense10 Autoset) will have RERA listed in the summary table and in the event graph in Oscar.

However, I cannot find it on my daily report and I've ensured it is enabled in the Oscar settings. So that leads me to believe it's something on the CPAP end and not software end.

Am I missing something that I have to enable? The machine is only 2 weeks old now so it should have latest firmware.

Thanks!

When was the manufactured date? Early machines did not have this capability.
Also. It will not show UNLESS you have had the event on your machine. After that it will always display even when there are no RERAs present, but it MUST occur first.

Gideon makes a good point. RERAs were only on the "For Her" models initially. Only later did they appear on all AirSense Autoset models.

Do you know where I could find the manufacturer date? I checked the label on the machine and in the clinician menu and I can't seem to find it.

Perfect thanks! Start of my S/N is 232025

So mine was manufactured mid-June 2020.

Is that normal to get a machine that was manufactured over a year ago? (I've had it for 2 weeks only)

Anyone know if 2020 machines had RERA recording?

Also I just did some math based on the usage hours reported in the clinician menu and it appears the machine has run for 97 extra hours that weren't by me. Surely that means this wasn't a new machine that they gave me then no?

This is a rough guess, but it seems that someone used it for about 2 weeks. The hours would be about 7 hours (6.93 actual) a day for 14 days.

Didn't you look at the machine when you got it? Didn't the DME take it out of the box in front of you with the plastic wrapping, etc?  How did the machine enter your home, and in what state of packaging?  I'm not sure what your insurance provides for, but if you ended up with used equipment, I would think you would immediately know about it, right?

I'm just asking rhetorical questions, as I always negotiate and purchase my machines on my own, and just send the invoice towards my deductible.  So I'm in complete control of the entire transaction and the unboxing. I don't think it would be easy to present a used machine as new, especially with the plastic exterior of the AS10 that shows absolutely everything.

At this point there's not much you can do, so it's probably best not to dwell on it.
