I JUST DONATED TO APNEA BOARD. Who will join me?
This forum is such a wonderful place. I've learned much just reading here and I appreciate the clinic manual I receive. A great thing for me to use. I went to other cpap forums and there is no place like home! (Apnea Board).

I spend hundreds dollars on health insurance each month so a few dollars sent to this forum will help keep this wonderful resource going strong!!! I sure it's not cheap or easy to run a forum like this.

I donated a couple of weeks ago, and am so happy that I did. I am learning exponentially more here about CPAP/APAP than I did from my sleep doctor and DME, plus I have gotten tips specifically for me. We definitely want this place to keep on being here to help us all.

Tongue Suck Technique for prevention of mouth breathing:
- Place your tongue behind your front teeth on the roof of your mouth
- let your tongue fill the space between the upper molars
- gently suck to form a light vacuum
Practising during the day can help you to keep it at night
