I haven't read through your thread, but if this is typical and a very high trigger setting still leaves ca events, then try to lower your pressure support a little. Instead of 4, lower it to 3.4

Something else to consider is that the leaks line up with the CA's. I see this on my own therapy. If I have leaks, I'll see a definite correlation to apnea events.

Thanks so much @OpalRose. Yep, no need to read back through the thread: I have evolved.

I will get a good look at how the CA's line up with the leaks. Leaks are hard to control when you're unconscious lol.
