I'm back, tired, and hopeless. But is Bilevel the answer ??

With regard to your chart, we prefer to see the Standard View. Use the View Menu/Reset Charts/Standard. That should set the charts back to a more useful order that includes events, flow, pressure, flow limits, leaks and snores.

Your last chart shows you are using a pressure range of 8.0-20 with EPR 3. I'm going to suggest you change to minimum pressure 6, Maximum pressure 10, EPR 2. Please post back so we can see your results.

Glad you got refunded on the Pacewave.

Hello

Last night I followed your recommandations : 6-10 EPR 2 Autoset for her
Here are screenshots

Good AHI but flow limitations are high like always.

What do you think ?

Minimum pressure 7.0 EPR 3 may help. Let's give it a try.

Do you think I should continue to use Autoset for her mode ?

I prefer Autoset Standard. Clearly your results were a lot worse than previously. Everything including flow limits was higher. Are you aware of any positional issues? There are a lot of indications of obstruction in this chart, even though most of the events were CA.

No I did not have indication that I have positional issue.

However Doctor told me I had to use minimum pressure of 12 due to obstructive events not flagged by Resmed (PSG). But with high pressure I don't have better sleep. I also have tried fixed 13/2 a few days without good sleep, but I have insomnia too, so maybe I should retry it ?

With minimum pressure 7.0 and maximum pressure 10.4, your pressure range is 7/4 to 10.4/7.4. I think perhaps that low EPAP pressure is insufficient to stop obstruction. We could look closer at some of your events, but I would be surprised if they are actually central, rather than evolving from obstruction or arousal. Let's change the pressure range up to 9 to 12 with EPR 3 and see what we get. With the higher EPR the higher pressure should be tolerable.
