CPAP first week OSCAR results
Hi,
I have generally nonrestorative sleep, so I got a Withings Sleep Analyzer to track my sleep and it that tells me I might have sleep apnea, so now I am waiting for a sleep study. I got a CPAP in the mean time to see if I get any improvements, but I can hardly sleep more than 4h with the mask on and don't feel any better when using it. So I decided to post some OSCAR data here if anyone can see whether this might be sleep apnea or my data is normal.
Best regards,
James

I mostly get CAs and occasionally a OA followed by a CA:

Hi,
First thing to do just to get things started, is to increase your minumum pressure to 7, with a maximim to 10 and
EPR on 3.
It is too early to read anything into the centrals, as often these reduce over time once your settings are optimised.
Getting a good initial minimum pressure is always a good place to start.
Your sleep study also can be quite instructive in adjusting settings.
You will see in our last graph, a clustering of events, a tell-tale sign of
positional apnea.
When posting graphs, best to eliminate the calendar so we can see all your settings.
Thks.
