Inspire questions
Hello all I decided to join this board to ask people about their experiences with the Inspire implant. I just had mine activated yesterday. I will list some questions I have below, any response would be greatly appreciated!

What level of amplitude did you get to when you started noticing results?

Do you have any odd side effects?

Has your partner noticed your snoring decrease?

How much did you end up paying after insurance coverage?

Any other tips/advice would be welcome! I am starting on level 1 and will increase it each week and let the doctor know when I’m feeling better or if the level of amplitude becomes too much. Thank you!

RE: Inspire questions
Welcome to the board!  You are welcome here but I don’t think you will get many answers here.  Virtually all the members have CPAP machines so that is what most of the conversation is about. I’m sure there are people here that would be interested to the answers to your questions but I dought you will get many people that are using it.

RE: Inspire questions
I have had the inspire device for 6 months now. It really depends on how you can tolerate the volts. Stepping up once a week is good.  After a couple of months you go back to a sleep study and get titrated. I had to increase after that and had a home sleep study.  I was having 65 apneas an hour. I am now down to 7. It’s helped me immensely
