New user here - 6 months of continual CPAP use but still tired.
Hello,

I am new here and have been using my CPAP Airsense 10 Autoset machine since early January, however I feel like I haven't advanced in my treatment as far as I thought I would have by now. If I could describe it, I would say before treatment I was constantly feeling like a 3 or 4/10 every day, and I've seen some improvement to feeling maybe like a 4/10 as my absolute worst, but at best a 6/10. I'm not sure if I just need to be patient with my treatment, or if I should consult with my doctor to see if there's anything else that's perhaps behind why I feel this way?

Any help would be very much appreciated. I've attached my OSCAR charts below.

Thank you.

What does the full night overview look like for your flow rate and respiratory rate?

Are you aware of any underlying lung/heart history?

Do you wake up often throughout the night? Any sweat on you when/if you wake during the night? Facial flushing upon waking in the morning or intermittantly during the day? Do you get hot and sweaty easily doing normal activies, made much worse by warmer weather? Any feelings during the day such as "surges" of anxiety, low grade chronic anxiety, indigestion, pressure in your ear or head, do you feel worse after eating food, the larger the meal the worse you feel? Any cognitive symptoms? Concentration or memory issues? Zoning out during conversation or watching TV? If so how long have they existed and are they getting worse? Does food bring on surges in anxiety afterwards, perhaps a warm flushed face a few hours after eating? Do you have a drive to eat junk/sugar - that you find difficult to control? Do you consume caffeine - if so, do you find this calms you down, rather than jazzing you up?

Does any of that sound familiar or not?
