Is this real CSR or periodic breathing? Should I be worried?

Try increasing EPR to setting 3. You have a lot of flow limitation and that is leading to poor sleep and many of the events. I realize you have some aerophagia, but your pressure range may be too low to resolve your obstructive issues. I thin you need a higher minimum pressure of 8.0 and maximum pressure at 11.0
