RE: JCinPA - Therapy thread
I see mostly brief seal leaks, with some more sustained mouth leaks at about 0600. These are not likely compromising therapy, but may be disruptive to sleep. Have you suspended the tube to a wall or headboard to help avoid pulling on the mask?

Well, thank you for that reply. That makes me feel better. I guess I’ll leave things alone then! I do like the P10 mask, and I’m finding I prefer the CPAP 12 with EPR=3 better than the APAP for whatever reason. Seems like I’m OK, and I’ll leave things alone!
I don’t have a hose caddy, but I jury-rigged one with an old belt over the bedpost, does the same thing. I’ll try tightening the strap a little bit and settle down with current equipment and settings.
Thanks for all the knowledge! Cheers!

I have used a lanyard like you hang an ID around your neck on, and suspended that on a Command Hook. Seems to stabilize things.

FWIW my collection of Fisher and Paykel masks include from older to newer, the Simplus, Vitera, and Evora Full.
The first two are mostly similar but the Evora Full is a hybrid, full lower and nasal cradle upper. All 3 are worn with looser straps than my old ResMed F20.
I have yet to get used to the Evora Full as my experiment with the VAuto didn't work for complex treatment needs with Apnea and COPD. But when I get a proper machine I'll use this Evora Full.
Mask Primer
Positional Apnea
Attach OSCAR, etc.

Thanks for that reply, SDave! I appreciate it.
But having been told my leak rate is within the range of normal for most users, and that it likely isn't affecting my therapy, I think I'll stay with the P10 for now.
If I go on a mask search later, I'll look into your list. I've heard good things about the F&P Vitera, by the way. I think I'm good for a while, though. I'll settle in for a month or so without making any more changes.
