Loaded wrong SD Card in CPAP Machine

Mistakenly loaded my SD card in my husband's machine and now OSCAR can't read it in my account. How do I fix it?

Your SD card has been overwritten with your husband's machine data and serial number. The easiest way to resolve this is to erase or quick-format the SD card and put it in your machine. It will continue to work and add to your Oscar data as if nothing happened. A new session will be recorded to night and will display in Oscar tomorrow along with all previously recorded sessions.

The previous data is all backed up in Oscar in the Datalog directory under the Backup folder. Is there any reason you need your card to hold your entire history?

Thank you Sleeprider.  I don't need all the history--I actually keep a hard copy diary of the OSCAR results every day.  One  question--how do you either erase or quick-format the Sd card?

Insert the SD card in your computer, open your file viewer, and either select (right-click) format or delete all files. Another option is to allow your CPAP to reformat the card. I believe that this option is listed in the clinician menu.

Thank you Crimson Nape.  I open my File Explorer, click on View but nothing about format or delete to click on.

Look for the drive designation (Drive Letter) for the SD card. If you right-click on it, there should be options. To just delete the existing files on the card, open the SD card in File Viewer, so you can see all its files, select all the files (Ctrl-A) and press the Delete key.

Thanks--found good instructions online and got the job done--wasn't going into file explorer the correct way.
