No idea what "went wrong" -- SH chart looks pretty much like previous day(s). Nevertheless I feel like I did when I first began PAP therapy and the treatment began manifesting changes.

Well happy Monday to you. I guess something helped make you wake up feeling better for a good night's rest. Congrats.

Not sure congrats are in order -- coulda been a fluke; maybe something the machine is doing. And tomorrow... <shrug>

I added the SH chart (good feeling didn't extend to memory), but I'd be surprised if any of the gurus would make anything of it.

Yeah, you're right. If you'd have an AHI of 0.65 maybe I can justify the congrats, but you missed it by 0.01. Laugh-a-lot

Well, it happened again!

Actually, it wasn't as good a night's sleep; my AHI was extremely elevated to 1.00 (the night before was 0.66) and I woke about 5AM to discover my mask was off -- had been for an hour and ten minutes.

Nevertheless, I woke feeling rested, alert, and vigorous. I-love-CPAP

Thinking-about  Third day, not nearly as alert and vigorous as Moanday and Chewsday, yet a feeling of well-being, no need or even urge for a nap ... <shrug> Only dif I know is a brief interruption of therapy -- micturation hadn't been needed the previous two nights. Oh, and those nights' AHIs were 0.66 and 1.00; last night's was trippple zeros. First time for that except the day that no detail data would load.

Tongue Suck Technique for prevention of mouth breathing:
  • Place your tongue behind your front teeth on the roof of your mouth
  • let your tongue fill the space between the upper molars
  • gently suck to form a light vacuum

Practising during the day can help you to keep it at night
