Here's the screenshot.

Sorry about that - I put it in a reply to my post.

Hello MiRock, the leaks are very severe so please fix them as soon as you can, but you can lower your max pressure (this will help too) to 10cm please. Even with the leaks your 99.5 percent pressure is 8.1cm.

Thanks for your help. This is very frustrating for me trying to find where this leak is as I am now on my 4th elbow and I'm thinking that could be the issue again.

I will change my setting to max. 10cm but could you explain what you mean by "Even with the leaks your 99.5 percent pressure is 8.1cm"? Sorry, all this is new to me.

Yes, it's tough to deal with I know first hand, and the leakage isn't only because of sealing issues with your face and mask, most of the issue is with pressure settings and pressure changes (apap is worse than cpap and worse than bilevel therapy because of this issue), this is why cpap mode is the most natural and causes the least amount of leaks, I'd like to see you try setting the machine to cpap mode @ 9cm of pressure with EPR on fulltime @ 1 (giving you some epap relief).  If you would try this tonight for 30 minutes (now or before bed)-and see what you think.

Leaks cause the machine to ramp up to max pressure when they are happening but with your 99.5 percent pressure at 8.1cm (this is factoring in the pressure spikes related to the leaks) the average is only 8.1cm-so it's indicative of what you need.

I changed all of the settings to your suggestions and tried it for 10 minutes and it seemed there was too much constant pressure coming in causing my mask to leak.
I thought all along I had been on "CPAP mode" until you told me to change it to that.

I would welcome any other recommendations.
