Adjustments
Made some tweaks to my cpap setting and things are looking good but I am still waking up 2 or 3 times. Would like some advice on how to improve and what settings you recommend by seeing my OSCAR data.

Machine- airsense autoset 10

Settings- 9.2 min/ max 12

              EPR-3

              Humidity-6

Mask- Airfit N30i

RE: Adjustments
It appears that you are having some very large intermittent leaks that are more than the CPAP machine can compensate for, allowing apneas and very likely causing your arousals.

So work on correcting the leaks then post more charts.

Good luck and welcome to the forum.

RE: Adjustments
If you have a supplier in your area. Try buying the nasal pillow attachment for the N30i to make it a P30i. The pillows tend to have much better resistance to becoming unsealed during the night.
