I tried X1 setting for the last couple weeks with my FFM AirFit F10, and it seems to be working well. I will either stay with that or go back to 0. I use a standard length 22mm tube.

I agree! I also went with X1 and that seems to be working just fine. The "Sleep Specialist" Customer Service Rep had it set on X3. No wonder I was feeling pushed!!!
