Thanks to all you all for your helpful advice- that is good information to know that the ResMed ASV doesn't record Central Apneas . . . and maybe that is why my overall apneas are less than when I was using the Phillips Respironics ASV
Additionally, there could be a a fluke that no centrals were recorded during my overnight dental appliance sleep study which was in November of 2018. I looked more closely at the overnight sleep study in January of 2019, where they checked to see whether the ResMed or Respironics was better for me. It did show a couple of Centrals during the night. . .
