Month into CPAP. Need help with graphs.
Hi all,
Been on the Resmed Airsense 10 AutoSet for about a month now.
I don't think I've been feeling an overall huge difference but I understand that this treatment takes time.
I actually forgot to put on my mask the night before and felt about the same as when I slept with the CPAP on.
Does anyone know if this is normal?
Anyway I'm also looking for feedback in regards to my CPAP treatment and if there are ways I can optimise/improve it.
Thanks in advance.

RE: Month into CPAP. Need help with graphs.
I am not an expert, but I would turn off ramp and close the gap on your settings to start. Maybe 7-11 instead of 6-20 to start.
It looks like your OA events correspond with the ramp, so shutting that off may help get rid of that.
I've heard it can take up to 6 months to really feel the full benefits. I am about 1 month in as well and in the same boat as you.

You also have some consistent leaks. You may find some useful info in the mask primer wiki:

The cluster of OA in the beginning of the night are typical of positional apnea. You tuck your chin to your chest and obstruct your own airwy. Try using less, or flatter pillows. A soft cervical collar can often help eliminate positional apnea by keeping your chin in a more neutral position. Here is more info on positional apnea:
