Have found the past few nights I've found myself with what seems to be almost too much pressure and have almost woken up to switch the unit off / on which has then reset the pressure at the minimum.

I can't recall exactly why I've woken up due to not completely woken up.

Why did you reduce your minimum pressure from 7 to 6.8? I think you would be better off if you increased the minimum closer to your median. I suggest 8 or 9. It will result in fewer large pressure fluctuations and probably be less disruptive to your sleep.

Once the glasses are off don't see much at all.
