Need Computer drivers for Contec CMS50D+ Oximeter

First post.  : )  
 
So I lost the little cd that came with my Contec CMS50D+ oximeter.  I have a new computer.  Windows 10.  Old computer is gone now.
when I plug in my Contec CMS50D+, the computer USB section says it can't recognize it.  
I am using the original cable for sure.
It tries to connected but fails.  It is saying can not recognize usb device.
I am using the cable that came with the device.  
 
So I think I need computer drivers for Contec CMS50D+ Oximeter
They are hard to find.  the contec website did not have them.
 
I read through several posts here, and tried to install and use programs\drivers from various websites provided, but did not work yet.
Does anyone know the exact file\driver I need to make the USB connect?
 
is it sp02 Review.exe or sp02.exe? or something else?  Do these files have drivers in them as well?  or they are just programs to view results?
 
Not sure of the exact file name I need and the manufacturer site does not help and cant find the driver.
 
If no one knows, then can you suggest another oximeter that works with Oscar well?

I downloaded the Smart Device Assistant software and installed it.  It appeared to install correctly.
i plugged in my CMS50D+ and it says USB device not recognized.  Opened the Smart Device Assistant program and tried to connect, and it says No available devices found.
This is the correct cable that came with the device.
Not sure why it is doing this.

Trying to avoid buying another oximeter.
Maybe mine is old or something, but it never was damaged.  I just changed computers and that is it.  Old computer is gone.

Weird eh?
