Need Help with Adjustments - Sleepyhead Newbie

RE: Need Help with Adjustments - Sleepyhead Newbie
Your numbers are good, remember your setting because they are, based on this chart, a good place to go back too. Over time you may get them lower, but make small changes.

More important right now is How do you feel? How are your nights and the following day?
Let's make sure you are comfortable.

That's awesome, ajack. I didn't know that they could diminish without adjusting settings. I won't worry about them as much now!

I feel pretty good, actually...but along with CPAP, I've been really trying to eat well and get more exercise. Could be a combination of things. It's good!
