Need help with Oscar data!
#11
RE: Need help with Oscar data!
Hi there. I just came back from vacation so I wasn't able to report. I have some good news, it seems like the tension headaches I've been waking up isn't from sleep apnea. I was able to get that resolved.

However, with that being said I've been on the previous settings suggested for about 3 weeks now. I don't entirely feel refreshed still but I do feel better for the most part. I've included the screenshots of the last 2 days as well as daily averages.

I'd consider increasing the Min EPAP pressure to 8.5 to see if the Hypopnea and Obstructive decrease. On the other end of the teeter-totter, the CA are randomly and consistently inconsistent and might be affected by your PS 3.5. I'd try straight 3.0 PS.

I'd not try both edits at once though. And I'd suggest a report of how you feel with OSCAR data after a night or 2 after the edit.
Mask Primer

Positional Apnea
