AHIs

RE: AHIs
It's very normal for the machines to go stupid when you are waking up and awake. The breathing pattern is quite different than when we are asleep. The term used here is SWJ sleep wake junk.

the flow limit is the first stage of an obstructed throat. It's a little restricted and will respond to an increase on EPAP pressure.

I can't see the full FL chart, but looking at the median and 95% pressures, with your chart when you are asleep, I wouldn't change much. I note that your tidal volume has also increased again and well within normal range.

It would be good if others voice their opinions too, there are people more knowledgeable than me.

For auto-cpap, from machine data or software. You can set the min pressure 1 or 2cm below 95%. Or clinicians commonly use the maximum or 95% pressure for fixed pressure CPAP, this can also be used for min pressure.

Well, that was an interesting video, it certainly shed some light on my question about FL.  Thank you for sharing that link.
SWJ - That sounds good to me and it makes sense.
