UARS?
Need some help. Was diagnosed with OSA back in November with an AHI of 33 with an at home sleep study. The reason for testing was a bunch of neurological symptoms and just extreme fatigue I have never snored in my life. Ive been using the cpap since December and its just not getting any better. I was doing some reading and ran across UARS and it lines up with more symptoms I seem to be having than with OSA. I am trying to learn how to read the oscar data. If you know anything about this and have any suggestions on settings I should change or if there is a possibilty I have UARS I would greatly appreciate any advice I can get. Thanks

RE: UARS?
Your Flow Limits don't seem to point to UARS. An image of the Flow Rate zoomed to a 3-minute window would provide a more informative view. Most of your events seem to be CA related. I would suspect that your pressure settings are too low. I would try a range of 7 to 9 cm. Most adults feel like they are suffocating with a pressure below 7.

RE: UARS?
Sorry grasping for straws here.. I use a resmed nasal mask. Im not sure if thats an issue, my sinuses arent the best I can really only breathe out one side of my nose im assuming I have a deviated septum. Either way I dont normally wake up with a dry throat so I didnt think I was mouth breathing alot. I notice leaks on my chart every night but not really sure if they are significant or not? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
