It has been a little over a month now since I began sleeping with CPAP
(actually BiPap). My sleep study indicated an AHI over 60. Last week my
AHI averaged 2.3 with 1.1 obstructive. I am very happy with my results as I no longer wake up disoriented or fall asleep at 7:00PM in front of the
TV. Further my blood pressure has decreased by 10 mmHG on systolic and my morning pulse rate is 62 bpm instead of 85+. Also I have not had a
morning headache since I began using CPAP. I am looking forward to enjoying life more fully! Wink

Thanks for the kind words. I have my 30 day CPAP data review with my pulmonologist today. They asked me to bring the SD card from my machine.
I look forward to hearing his interpretation of the data.

Welcome

Your numbers are better than mine have been lately. Smile I pushed my pressure up a bit to see if it improves. Last night was first night with new pressure so I'm going to toss out that lousy number.

Good luck with your therapy.
Using FlashAir W-03 SD card in machine. You can download your data through wifi with FlashPAP or Sleep Master utilities.

I wanted to learn Binary so I enrolled in Binary 101. I seemed to have missed the first four courses. Big Grinnie

Stick it to the man, Download OSCAR and take back control of your data!

Thanks Ian. Like I didn't have enough Honey-Do projects to tackle. Mornincoffee
