New User Trying to make sense of this data
I just started using a cpap for maybe a week and a half. I learned about putting in an SD card so I can start understanding my sleep patterns. Since the MyAir app can't connect by Bluetooth and is limited on what kind of data it tells me. I don't even know if my doctors are looking at my data either, and I'm sure a lot of people ask the same things, so I'm sorry in advance for sounding like a broken record, but I was able to upload my data to OSCAR and sort of understand what it's telling me. It only has data for the one night for some reason though, maybe I should come back in a week, but this is what I have so far from last night's data. I have learned I am better at using the Auto Ramp. If I turn it off I feel more lightheaded in the morning. Only had maybe a few leaks last night. I only see maybe 5 events from last night. Not sure what other kind of data is needed, can add any other screenshots if needed.

Edit: Some things to add. Even if I have the nasal device, I don't think I have trouble with snoring. I don't wake up with a dry mouth so far, but do worry about it being a problem since I know I do snore. Would like to get a full facemask in the future since it is starting to feel uncomfortable on my nose at night. I always have to adjust it. I'm still getting used to it. When I wake up I either feel good or bad. Today I feel okay for the most part, but been waking up feeling tired the past few days. Still feel lightheaded or have a cloudy feeling.

It's likely someone will be along to address pressures, but in the meantime..... Be sure your SD card is in your unit every night! If it isn't in the unit, you won't get any recorded data (there's no memory resident in the unit). I sometimes forget to put my SD card in my biPAP, have a horrendous night, and get very annoyed with myself because I have no way to figure out why I slept badly.

I just started last night with the SD card so I will make sure to have it in every night. Yeah, wondering if I should adjust anything, but I don't think there is enough data either for adjustments. I still haven't had a good nights sleep since I've started.

A higher minimum pressure of 7 and EPR full time at 2 or 3 will smooth out the pressure curve and provide more comfort and less disruption of sleep. EPR is expiratory pressure relief which lowers the pressure when you exhale.
