New and confused. feeling worse with treatment

figured i'd make a smaller change than suggested
EPAP to 6 , PS min to 4, Max PS to 12

been trying it like this for the last 30 minutes i think it will help. added bonus i can loosen the mask a lot with no serious leak so far.

Not saying this is applicable to you but might give you hope. I started out with a PS that was too high for me and while the auto set pressure was operating as designed, there was this heavy pulsing of pressure change between inhale and exhale that kept me from sleeping and added many CAs to my Event count. When I brought the PS down the CAs stopped, the pressure variation decreased and everything became much more comfortable.

i've finally adjusted to therapy and feel really good most days. stats so far look good, would any changes further improve things? mask leaking is still an issue and constant ramping up and down is something that keeps waking me up. any suggestions?

I had just posted talking about rough nights, leakage, and poor sleep quality, and this old thread came up.

I know it's old; however, reading it made me feel better.
