RE: Changing preset to autoset

The machine is set from 8 - 12. I don't have my results handy, but I was told that this range was working well for me. Still, I bought an autoset so I could benefit from the ongoing pressure adjustments rather than be limited to the preset limits.
Despite the previous post I'm still not clear what to.
Mski,
What do you mean by preset limits? The auto machines default setting would be
4 -20, but that's not an ideal place to be.
If your therapist set your range at 8 - 12, then just go with it for awhile and see how you do. Your profile says 10 - 12, which may be too narrow of a range to start out with.
Why do you want to change it? First you need a copy of your sleep study and know what your titrated pressure was. It's impossible for us to advise you without the sleep study numbers. Download Sleepyhead and watch your progress for a few weeks before making changes.
