Hello all,
Still having trouble feeling rested.
Started using a cervical collar and it did bring the events numbers down, but having some issues waking up with claustrophobia with all the gear on.

I have been having ear problems and tinnitus since starting therapy, should I try lower pressure settings? 

I started taking the mask off early so I could have some time resting without the machine.
