If they do not give you another Resmed machine, you should challenge it as you have been titrated with one and your numbers would be linked to how they operate.
So as not to have break in therapy, you ought to get a machine before those 6 weeks are up. It is not too far for you to get one from America where the prices are so reasonable. I got mine really quickly all the way across the pond. Even with having to pay import fees, it is still cheaper than buying it here. Only problem is there is no wifi available as it is out of the country imported from but that does not bother me.
