New to cpap - Oscar data. Any changes?
Good morning. Very new to this and just got my first full nights rest with the cpap machine (airsense 11 and A10 pillows). Is there any changes I need to make?

Oscar data attached. Thank you!

@Flspearfisher

Welcome to the board! Good job arranging the charts for folks to analyze. Those more skilled than I are soon to drop in. It looks like maybe EPR is on during a very short ramp? Ditch the ramp and set EPR to 3 full time this will go a long way to reduce those flow limits. You could also bump the minimum pressure up to 7 to take full advantage of EPR at the beginning of the sleep cycle.

Good luck, keep at it, that's how we get good at it!

Right now I would try the following settings.

Min 7
EPR set to FULL TIME 3

As the other poster said your flow limits are high and this will help.
Apnea (80-100%) 10 seconds, Hypopnea (50-80%) 10 seconds, Flow Limits (0-50%) not timed  Cervical Collar - Dealing w DME - Chart Organizing

Took a nap today with the new changes. I woke up like 3 times feeling like I was falling so maybe another adjustment needs to be made? I have no idea and I know its a small sample.

Data from last night. I took off the mask I guess and put back on at one point. Any changes?

@Flspearfisher,

At this point I'd stick with the settings you have and concentrate on keeping the mask on and getting contiguous sleep to draw more conclusions from. Looking at your sleep study I'd say you have some challenges ahead but it looks like therapy will definitely be a benefit to you. Others more skilled than I will probably take a look at the study and have more in-depth advice here pretty soon.

Good luck, keep at it, that's how we get good at it!

So.. I flipped the machine over in my sleep, water start going into the tube... ugh what a night.  I dried it out and started it up again but it seemed a bit off. I'm sure the results aren't the best from last night because of it.
