Humidifier issue

Humidifier issue
The humidifier on my new REMstar Auo A Flex is not working. The blue water light is on steady, not blinking as the manual states.
I have tried unplugging the machine and also took the humidifier off. When I replaced the humidifier it still didn't work.
Any recommendations so that I can save a trip to the medical supply office? It takes a week to get an appointment. Huhsign
Thanks to anyone who can help.

RE: Humidifier issue
What machine do you have? There's no blue light on the Philips Respironics System One CPAP or humidifier.

ResScan does not work on Philips Respironics machines.

What does it say on the top of your machine near the power button and display?
Get the free OSCAR CPAP software here.

If it's midnight and a DME tells you it's dark outside, go and check it yourself.
