If you are paying the complete tab, then you can select any brand you want. It will not have to be specified. My previous reply was based on the assumption that you are using insurance.

The airsense 10 is the best choice given it's long track record. Card to cloud is fine if you don't need a modem to connect to your DME. You will be able to collect data from the machine using an SD card, see it via free OSCAR software, and post data in the forum to get help. I only got the 11 recently because my DME had no 10s.

If you choose to work with your DME let them know you will only accept a ResMed AutoSet and you will refuse any other device and use a different DME. LEVERAGE. They need to deliver it to you to get paid.
