Just wondering what tube temperature people use.

Just depends on personal choice. The default temperature on Auto is 80 degrees.

I use the lowest setting, which is 80 deg (27 C in my case).  I have humidity set at 01, so extremely low, but our indoors is typically near 50% where I live.  I never have rain-out inside my hose or mask as a result, and don't seem to suffer with that low level.

Might as well cover it all. Auto will give 85% humidity at 80F. Manual mode you can set the humidifier to steps 1 - 8. Heated Tube Temperatures in manual can be set to 66-86F.
You also can pick up AirSense 10 clinic manual by requesting it in the member's private files section which can help with other settings.

I run my humidifier set on 2 and the heated hose set at 68.
