Quick question for anyone with AirCurve 10 VPAP

Quick question for anyone with AirCurve 10 VPAP
It may apply to AirSets as well.

When I started using my AirCurve last night, after it started operating, when the LCD panel automatically went dark after a few seconds, the start/stop button LED also went out. It came back on if I turned on the LCD but again went out when the screen went dark again. The machine continued to operate.

I was sure that the start/stop LED used to stay on all the time unless or until I pressed the button for 3 seconds to put it into power saving mode. Am I wrong about that? Anyone else experienced this?

TIA

Mine stays on all night. Try unplugging it for about 30 seconds to reset it just as you do a computer

Thanks for the answer. Tried leaving it unplugged for a while but no change.

Strange but someone else replied to me on another forum saying they just tried it and theirs turned off. Is it possible they just pushed a software update to change the behaviour? Would seem odd to do that so many years after the machine was introduced.

I checked my AC10 last night and here are the findings. When powered up, but not running, the Start bar illuminates green. When you turn it on, the green changes to white and remains on until the screen blanks. There is no light during the remaining operation, until it is turned off, and returns to the green light.

Thanks, Crimson. That sounds like what it should be.
