There is a 20 minute cool down cycle after you stop therapy (if press power button briefly and don't hold down power button for 3 or 4 seconds to Power Off the machine).
With the S9 AutoSet, I think, if before you start therapy you hold down the round dial for 3 seconds it will start the pre-heat cycle. If you start the pre-heat cycle and don't start therapy within 20 minutes, a 20 minute cool-down cycle will follow. I suppose the A10 AutoSet would be similar. All these extra minutes would be included in total run time.

On the S9:
"Used hours" goes to zero if you use the "erase data" function.
"Run hours" accumulates from when the machine was built and can't be reset.
Run hours is the one you want to look at to see if it's a used machine.

RE: S9 info
Pretty much got the controls and menu down now, but the verdicts still out as to sleep results... Third night was a little rough with an over pressure event which woke me up. I was on my left side, and the pressure was probably maxed out at 20 by the feel of it? I may switch it back to the CPAP mode if that continues...
