OSCAR - No data summary only
Hello, 

I just started to use CPAP machine few weeks ago. I tried Oscar after 3 days and first it was working fine, I could see graphs etc. Now it's been 3 weeks and I tried to get the data back and it shows only the summary.

I did a complete delete and reinstall and now it will only show only summary, no details, even for the the first 3 days that were working fine before.

I use the sd card every night and it's not locked.

Note that I use a mac computer to extract the data (only have the card reader on a mac computer) and then open it on windows, maybe this is what cause the bug?

Welcome to Apnea Board!

First make sure all the graphs are checked and selected.

Try rebuilding the data.  

It would be easier for our members to help you if you would post your data from the daily page in OSCAR.  

Follow the guidelines in the link below when Organizing your graph.  

Set your display to the Standard view.  
(View > Reset Graphs > Standard)
Take a screenshot of your Daily screen.
   * For Windows or Linux: Use the F12 key
   * For a Mac: Use Fn+F12  

Use the Attachment Feature to post your screenshot.

Thanks for your answer

I tried to rebuild the data and it still doesn't work

Note that I tried to install Oscar on the mac and it works good, I see all the data with graphs etc

Just to double check... was your SD card in the Cpap the entire time you were sleeping?

Yes, I can see all the data well on my MAC computer but not windows.. maybe the problem is because I extract data from Mac and transfer it to windows then it's broken.. I don't get it

What files do you copy to the Windows machine? The minimum is Identification.*, STR.edf and the DATALOG folder and all the files in it.

Easiest is to copy the entire SD card to the Mac and then copy them all to your Windows computer.

Yes I copied all the files

I also just tried put those files into SleepHQ and it works

I really don't know why it doesn't work on OSCAR

On your Windows machine, did you create a new profile in OSCAR? Or did you copy your profile from your Mac?

Hope you find the answer. 

At first I was thinking that you are not seeing graphs because the selected graphs show 0 in the bottom right but that is not it.
