OSCAR analysis request
Hi everyone. I'm so thankful to have found this support board and for the OSCAR software, and the willingness of others to help the rest of us understand our sleep challenges!
I'm attaching my OSCAR screenshot. I've been on CPAP for a few years now, use it every night; however, I wake up exhausted, tired throughout the day, and need prescribed stimulants to stay focused on my work. Wondering if it has to do with CPAP.
I'm pretty sure I have central sleep apnea as well. When it's noticeable, I stop breathing when I lay on my back (am okay on my sides), and either hold my breath on exhale, or wake up taking big breaths like I'm drowning. I suppose I should see a doc about that.
Any advice when looking at the screenshot below? Thank you so much!
