Hey folks, I could use some help with the Nonin 3150 bluetooth pulse ox and Oscar. I just spent a week in the hospital with Covid Pnemonia (notwithstanding having received the latest vaccine). I need to closely monitor my overnight pulse ox. I bought a Nonin 3150 pulse ox (bluetooth model) and successfully paired it with my Resmed Airsense 11. But when I view my Oscar, there is no pulse ox data or chart. Am I missing a step?
BTW, I did try pairing the 3150 with the Nonin Connect app but it is fairly primitive affair. The app displays current pulse ox and can email a file at the end of a session with raw CSV data; not particularly helpful.
I have it working on Oscar after up date to latest version. Moderator of forum was a great help. You should have 16 graphs after update showing O2 and pulse.

Thanks for the responses! I am going to give it a try again tonight. I will make sure I have the latest version of Oscar and confirm I have the preferences set as Crisom Nate advises.
I've never had my name torn up that bad before. Just call me "Red".
When you get your oximeter reporting, if you updated OSCAR, you can go back to the days that you did use the oximeter and purge them from OSCAR. You then reimport those days, and it will display the data for those days.

Success! Turns out I was running Oscar ver 1.4. Once updated to v.1.5.3, the O2 data and graphs appear.
Looks like my nightime pulse ox is OK: it never dropped below 90 and the 95% calc=97. (When I checked into the ER two weeks ago my pule ox was 84).
Thanks for your support -- this board has been invaluable to me!
BTW, when I ran the "Check for updates" function in ver 1.4, it errornously reported that I had the most up to date version. I wonder if others are also running an older version thinking it is current.
