RE: help! bipap making things worse
Hello and sorry for the delayed response. I wanted to wait a couple nights to see if I could get some better data to share. I took 4 screenshots to share with you. These are all from one night. The first two I will share in this comment are when I was trying to fall asleep but was experiencing bad suffocating/heart palpitations (the issue I have when trying to fall asleep every night). I only wore my bipap for about 45 minutes before taking it off.
The next 2 screenshots that I will post in the next comment is the whole night sleep once I decided to try and get sleep again (and managed to fall asleep).
Please let me know if you would like me to take any other screen shots of more zoomed in times, etc.
I also raised the ipap to 12 and lowered epap to 4 along with setting trigger to very high. I'm trying out different settings to see if anything helps.
