Odd cluster of OAs?

Odd cluster of OAs?
I zoomed in on what I found to be an odd cluster of OAs in my SH data from last night.  This was my first night trying a cervical collar as I have suspected some positional issues in my sleeping.  For those adept in reading the data, do these look like true OAs or something else?  Atypical for me to have a "cluster" like that.  Thanks for any help.

RE: Odd cluster of OAs?
it looks a little bit like you were aroused or shifted position just enough to cause congestion in nasal passages, and had these events while clearing it and getting comfortable again. one give away is that RE at the end.
