I have a strange situation.
I have two machines: an Airsense 10 and a Lowenstein Prismasmart.
According to the Airsense, my data is good, <1 AHI, pretty even breathing. I have both machines set to fixed cpap, same settings.
EPR 3 and Softpap 2, pressure @ 14.5
The Lowenstein data is terrible - it shows cheyne stokes @ 6% and the flow chart looks bad. it also shows no deep sleep. AHI is 8+
The data is like night and day. One suggests the therapy is working, the other, not so much.
If i didn't have the Lowenstein I'd think I was ok, but perhaps I'm not. Which should I trust and what should I do?
I subjectively feel the same until I look at the data
here's sleep HQ for the airsense: https://sleephq.com/public/8fba56f4-dca2...876fb86547
and a PDF of oscar for the lowenstein enclosed.
thanks for your thoughts.
