Oscar usage and MyAir usage differ
MyAir shows me that I hit 4+ hours 21 out of the last 22 days. Oscar is only 15/22. Some days the two agree.

How do they record usage differently?

The only thing I can think of is the clock. Check your Cpap is set to the correct time.
Apnea (80-100%) 10 seconds, Hypopnea (50-80%) 10 seconds, Flow Limits (0-50%) not timed  Cervical Collar - Dealing w DME - Chart Organizing
