No supported data was found
Hi

Noob here just tried to read my SD card for the first time on a HP laptop running Windows 10, with my machine being a ResMed Airsense 10 - I'm getting the message that there is no supported data found, any ideas what I should be doing?

RE: No supported data was found
The SD card must be inserted in the CPAP during the entire therapy session, or detailed data will not be recorded. It's a good idea to leave the card in the machine for a while to be sure the data has written to the card. If you insert the SD card into the CPAP after the session is over, it will only record summary data.

To add to Sleeprider's post above, you need to verify your SD card has data on it outside of OSCAR or ResScan.  To do this, open your Windows Explorer after inserting the SD card in your computer.  Select the drive letter that represents your SD card.

You should at least see:
  • 2 Directories
    • DATALOG
    • SETTINGS
  • 4 Files
    • Identification.crc
    • Identification.tgt
    • STR.crc
    • STR.edf
When specifying your data to an analysis program, you only select the SD card and not any data or directory on the SD card.
