We Aussies need nothing to order even a cpap machine.
This is because there are no laws covering the sale of products to overseas buyers
I patricularly enjoyed buying a Resmed Airsense 10 (which is manufactured in Sydney) for less than 1/2 what Resmed charges Sydney residents here in Australia.
That's a machine shipped to the US and back for less than half price.

I agree. Pretty much the same situation those in the US face with pharmaceutical drugs.
