Your charts do appear good and yes, as Walla x2 said, you may be sensitive to pressure changes. He has given good advice, do try it and see how you are. Also it appears you slept for 6.25 hours. Whilst not bad, it is on the low side and trying to sleep for longer may improve on day time health.
I watched some you-tubes on sleep apnea issues and it was suggested that cognitive-behavioural therapy may be a useful therapy for helping to deal with anxieties of using CPAP.
