Please help with BiPAP self titration for possible UARS
Hi,
I have shared my sleep study results in my previous post.
Since my AHI was less than 5, doctor did not prescribe me a CPAP machine. I just got the ResMed Aircurve 10 VAuto with a nasal mask from Facebook Marketplace.
Can you please help me titrate.
For context, I am mid-30s male, 5'10 tall, 155 lbs, neck circumference 14.5 - 15, possible recessed jaw with overbite/overjet, south Asian.
