Thanks. Progress is due to the help I've received here since I joined.

My experience before I joined was that the Medical system in Ontario Canada really needs help.  Now I have a chance.

Your Autoset is now moving up to 1-cm from minimum pressure through the night. This shows you are close to your optimal pressure and while there is some pressure change, it is minimal. You can probably try another 1-cm lower minimum pressure and see how that goes.

RERA is a period of increasing flow limitation (decreasing respiratory volume), followed by an arousal indicated by larger volume recovery breathing. You may have RERA (respiratory effort related arousal) at about 23:55, 00:25 and 02:05. The Autoset will normally increase pressure when it detects these events, and on your chart, we see the pressure increases at those times.

Wonderful!
I shall adjust the minimum pressure tonight.
I am so grateful that you all recommended the new apap, and showed me the way to get it here in Ontario Canada.  (Buy the "for her" version; it's described as a cpap and therefore I can buy it!)
I am eternally grateful that you provided the clinician's instruction manual, and have recommended proper settings.

In over 35 years of cpap use I remember about 5 days when I felt refreshed when I woke up.  2 of  those have been since I started using this machine, and the Knightsbridge strap.  I have been compliant for those 35+ years. However, the medical system never went the extra mile that you have all done.

Lowered minimum pressure...too much?
Feeling...
-tired

Change...
-Minimum Pressure to 12, as suggested (Prescription following sleep study almost 2 years ago was 13)

Same...
-Used Knightsbridge dual strap
-Full Face Mask isn't an option. I've tried many, and take them off due to claustrophobia
-Use ResMed N20 which was recently refurbished with new headgear and new seal

Here's the screenshot...

Thanks for looking. I truly appreciate your help.

Okay, we over-shot the mark. Let's get back to minimum pressure 13, EPR 2. Looked much better there.

Thanks Sleeprider!

Done....

edit: looking forward to a good night's sleep. Read the cervical collar link on sleep rider's page. I had forgotten that they should be big...my Dr Dakota is a tight fit. So it doesn't support my jaw as well as it could.

Life is interesting....
Feeling.
-more rested

Change.
-increased min pressure to 13 as suggested

What's the same?
-Knightsbridge dual strap; put on very carefully (when I hurry I do it wrong!)

Issue.
-one mask strap was off when I woke up (N20 mask, medium, magnet clip on jaw at right side

The way the strap is configured, if I roll onto my right side, the magnetic clip pops off.  There's a fix--I have a brand new N20 Large.  I'll use the new larger headgear tonight.

Confused.
-at the shape of the graph

Thanks for looking....and thanks for your help!

When did the strap come off?
I'm impressed with the N20 mask and the S10.

With only 3 straps on it did pretty well!

I took another screenshot, in hopes that there would be information that would show when the strap popped off.  I can't figure it out.

What do you see?

Thank you!

Your leak rate graph is very busy, but there's no large leaks.

It's hard to pick something like that out, except by looking at the spikes on the leak graph.

Spikes usually point to mask movement. If you knew the general time, you could probably pinpoint it, but I don't see that it had any affect on your therapy.

Thanks OpalRose!

I move a lot when I sleep.

I’m impressed with the N20 mask. I’ve had 4 or 5 of them.

I’m very claustrophobic Wearing a mask for the pandemic now, and I was hyperventilating just entering work.  Looks like a black hole in front of me when I look down!
