Thanks Gideon
That was better. EPR=1
I feel better....
I slept well.. Need to sleep longer.
Thanks so much!
(It's not the numbers that make me feel better. I genuinely feel better after last night's sleep, in spite of the fact that it was shorter than it could have been.)
Darn mouth breathing....
ResMed AirFit sure didn't like my sleep performance last night.
I felt ok waking up this morning.
Had my home made under chin pad on last night. In fact I had a brand new pad on. Have to look and make sure it's adjusted the way it should be.
I'm enjoying the new settings Gideon.

Bad night's sleep; second night in a row
I've tried taping for two nights. Taping my lips to prevent mouth-breathing.
Feelings? It was NOT a good night's sleep.
It was my second night of taping. I made it through the night, though I woke up many times. I know; I should try this longer. However, I thought I would post to see if my screenshot gives clues about positional apnea, or something else.
I didn't use my home made pad under my chin. History. I've used that home made pad for years. Then I made a change. I had replaced that pad with a Knightsbridge Dual Strap cap and used it for about 9 months. Now? I've quit using the KDS. Frankly I've used it with the best of intentions, but numbers are good one night, then they're horrible the next. Talking about leakage. And I take the same care putting it on every night. So I'm back using my home-made-pad under my chin. It's more comfortable.
Last night wasn't a good night's sleep. I'm wondering....is it because I didn't use my pad under my chin? Will a screenshot show that? I'm posting here hoping for guidance.
No tape/underjaw home made pad
This is the result using my home made pad. I bought a pad for a child carrying back pack from Mountain Equipment Co-op. I found a strap left over from a surplus camera bag. I've used it for 4? years? Modified it=i put a second pad on the back of it to protect my neck. It's much more comfortable now. So the strap goes around my neck. The pad bends out under my double chin and forward under my jaw.
The strap is just pulled tight; not done up. So I can get out of it if I need to==very quickly.
Here's a screenshot showing the results.
In comparison yesterday MyAir warned me that I had a huge leak with tape.
RE: Please help with treatment review
The first chart shows mouth breathing the first part of the night and towards the morning, with some flow limitations corresponding with the leaks.
The second chart shows no leaks and minimal FL.
I don't see positional apnea in either chart.
I think you just need to ask yourself what makes you most comfortable and go with it.

RE: Please help with treatment review
Thanks.
Without a doubt it's my made-at-home pad under my chin.
I have 2 Knightsbridge Dual Straps as back up.
I truly appreciate your comment confirming you don't see positional apnea!
Mouth breathing--I didn't mouth breath for the first 20 os so years I used cpap.
Then I started mouthbreathing
My other issue is claustrophobia. the most recent Full Face Mask I've tried is the ResMed F20. That mask should have been easy to wear; I lasted 2 hours and that's my longest time ever. I don't think I really slept in those 2 hours.
All in all I've tried about 8 full face masks. If I was able to sleep I would wake up with the mask on the floor. removed. Remembering Seinfeld, "No full face masks for me!"
Really pleased...slept well. It was a goodnight.
This was with the settings Gideon gave me about a week ago. Gideon you did very well!
I wore my home-made pad under my chin. Nothing else. And my N20 ResMed. It's the medium mask that is the right choice for me according to the fit-gauge.
If I use my Knightsbridge Dual Strap I have to use a Large N20 head gear to clear the KSD. The bottom straps pop off if I wear a medium N20. Trouble then is that the supplier only stocks a Large mask insert in the large head gear. Second problem is that my DME supplier charges $300 Canadian and tax...that's a lot. I didn't plan on that when I bought the Knightsbridge Dual Straps August about 10 months ago.
It was a good night's sleep Those are priceless, and I remember them and pull the memories up when I go through a rough time with cpap therapy.
Feeling tired; falling asleep in front of the tv...
Last night was rough. I slept enough hours. I mouth breathed....Quite a bit (still claustrophobic. Still can't use a full face mask. And having real trouble using a mask for C-19. Hyperventilating...)
So here's a screenshot. I zoomed way in....
RE: Please help with treatment review
Have you tried any of the Fisher and Paykel masks? They've got a pretty small looking nasal and pillows type. Or your favorite full face...

RE: Please help with treatment review
Thanks for your suggestion...I used to use the F&P nasal mask. But I haven't been able to keep a full face mask on ever.
I'll contact my DME supplier and see
