Last night I changed the insert in my ResMed P30 because the "large" insert was painful. AHI was .9 with that insert....Woke up after an hour and a half....using the medium insert. AHI was 5! Took the mask off, and found my ResMed N20.
Up several times; last night was not a good night. N20 AHi was significantly less.

Woke up feeling fine!
Treatment didn't work.
Long sleep
edit:
Note to self:
* I can't tell whether I have a good therapy session or not; this one felt good.
* I can't tell whether OSCAR treatment is working for me.
* I know that medically supervised treatment doesn't work for me at all.
* OSCAR is essential.

Mask: ResMed N20 Medium (same one); same headgear; same adjustments night to night
Collar: Soft curvical Collar. Far as I know I put them on the same way each night.
(Silly issue. I have the wrong date on the card. It's one day off. I don't know how to correct this. For instance, Date today is March 1st 2023. Tonight's data will be dated March 2nd 2023...)

I've gone through a period with severe leak problems.
So I changed to an (almost) new Large N20i mask and insert. It sort of helped. I've continued to use my soft cervical collar without any changes.
Then I changed to a different pillow. I stopped using my cpap pillow which is quite rigid.
I started using a small, soft pillow that is easily shaped.
It's made a good difference.
* leaks are reduced
* MyAir has consistently given me a 100% score.

Last night's gear:
* ResMed N30i nasal mask
* Knightsbridge Dual Band Cap
Woke up several times during the night. Each time I tried to pull the cap back as it was almost covering my eyes.
And I adjusted the nasal mask. I've tried each of the mask inserts; I think I have the best one.
After a washroom break I put the mask back on; the hose pulled my hair. That sure woke me up!
AHI was one of the worst I've had in a couple of weeks.

Took great care setting up the Evora Full and adjusting it.
Is there any hope? or Should I throw the mask away?

RE: Please help with treatment review
Today I called my DME supplier.
They hooked up with my ResMed S10 *for her* remotely. Saw I had some centrals. Asked...could they change EPR from 2 to 1; said it would help.
Checked their records. Said my ResMed N20 was over a year old; I should replace it.
My leakage has been hovering at 20-30% for some time.
AHI was 0.6 last night. 5.1 the night before. Both nights I had taped my lips, and used a soft curvical collar. Both nights leakage was through the roof. Reminded her that I have an F&E Evora Full she had set up for me. I had bought it online for 1/3 less than they sold it for....
Incredible service.
Surprised the on-line monitoring still works. Burlington Canada.
And...they have another office that's closer, and they are set up so that I can walk in and take out new equipment and direct bill my benefit carrier. Oh my! The Burlington Office can't do that.

leaks @DaveL - do you happen to use a cloth mask liner to fit between the face and the pillow? Also, do you ever wake enough to know if there is one predominant location where leaking past the soft cushion is occurring?
