The reason for the focus on Flow Limitations is that it can cause sleep disruptions. We like to see the 95% number below 5, preferably 3. Your FL came down by using EPR1.
I'm not sure what's causing you to feel bad. Your charts look good, except for occasional leaks. If you're comfortable where your pressure is, then stay with it.
Be sure your mask is comfortable, and you keep good hygiene habits. Of course, that's not easy with a one year old.

Let's go on a real flyer here...Pressure 8.0, EPR 3. This will deliver 8.0/5.0 pressure. It's a hunch that it will work for you. If not, then we return to current settings.
